Operations Specialist, Industry Fundamentals Training Courses

About the Role
As the Operations Specialist, you will lead the logistics and operational execution of our training courses, ensuring seamless delivery at S&P Global offices (Houston, London, Dubai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur) and client sites. You will play a pivotal role in customer service, supporting the delivery of high‑quality training courses.

Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end logistics and operations for all training courses, both in‑house and at client locations worldwide.

Facilitate the delivery of multiple training courses in Houston and provide virtual support across the globe.

Coordinate the production of training materials and delivery of client‑facing training materials.

Manage post‑training follow‑up to assess satisfaction and identify further training needs.

Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage the Cvent Registration System, including attendee list management, reporting, badging and attendee email communications.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and experience.

Proven experience in events logistics, preferably within training, events, or conferences.

Experience managing deadlines and high‑level stakeholders.

Experience with SharePoint, Cvent Concur or other project management systems preferred.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, global environment.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and adaptability.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
