If this sounds like what you are looking for, we'd love to hear from you!**JOB SUMMARY**The**RecreationSupervisor** positionis an integral part of the camper's visit, providing an experience beyond all expectations by fostering enthusiasm, creativity and fun. You will execute and support all aspects ofrecreationactivities such as but not limited to, rope courses, art, music, go carts, fishing, talent show, karaoke, bonfire, dodgeball and overall programming,appropriate use of facilities, repair/maintenance,and staff/camper schedules.The goal is to ensure ahigh levelof entertainment during each activity, and make surestaff andparticipants are engaged and participating in a responsible and safe manner.TheRecreation Supervisor will be responsible foroversiteof the safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the recreation facilitiesusedaround camp. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Work with and engage youth ages 7–17 in a positive and professional manner. Train and develop staff to ensure safety and guest experience standards meet Woodward’s expectations. Verify that all staff can demonstrate required skills upon completing training. Ensure staff have the appropriate tools, supplies, and equipment for their job duties. Other duties as assigned. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES****KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. **QUALIFICATIONS*****Required Qualifications**** Provide work related references upon request.* Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting.***Preferred Qualifications:**** Preferred 3+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.* Some college preferred.* Preferred experience in leadership.* Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.**PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS**Primary on-site work location: Woodward, PA
