Basic Salary: £30,000+ On Target Earnings up to £33,600
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm - 30 Minutes break.

About the Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the Parts Department. You will support in the managing of stock levels, driving departmental performance, and ensuring excellent service to both internal departments and external trade or retail customers. This role involves hands‑on leadership, working closely with your team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the daily operations of the parts department
Ensure timely and accurate ordering, receipt, and distribution of partsMaintain optimal stock levels and monitor inventory accuracy
Liaise with workshop and service teams to ensure timely parts supply
Provide guidance and support to Parts Advisors and junior staff
Drive departmental performance targets and maximise parts sales opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service to trade, retail, and internal customers
Support the Parts Manager in administrative and reporting duties
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Supervisor role within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
High attention to detail and a methodical approach
Competence in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) – training provided if required
Full UK driving licence – held for a minimum of 2 years
