About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Arkansas, that is investing in its quality function as the business continues to expand. This role is open due to an internal move and offers the chance to step into a visible leadership position with a strong focus on building systems, strengthening processes, and preparing the site for ISO 9001 certification. This is a strong opportunity for someone who brings technical quality expertise, enjoys building structure, and wants to help shape the future of a growing operation.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the site quality team and focus on closing system gaps, strengthening quality processes, and driving progress toward ISO 9001 certification.
Manage a team of inspectors and a quality specialist while helping build the function for future growth.
Partner across departments to improve collaboration, support plant performance, and reduce quality concerns.
Play a key role in creating a stronger quality culture and helping determine what needs to happen next.
Who You Are
You’re a strong technical quality leader who knows how to build, not just maintain. You bring a systems mindset, solid statistical knowledge, and the ability to work well across teams. This role fits someone who is collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable stepping into an environment where there is real opportunity to improve and grow.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
Experience leading quality in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001.
Strong statistical process control knowledge.
Experience building or developing a quality team or department.
Thermoforming experience preferred but not required.
Able to lead with both technical credibility and team-oriented communication.
Why This Role Matters
This role will have a direct impact on the plant’s quality systems, internal collaboration, and long-term readiness for growth. The site is growing, with plans to expand the team, increase revenue, and add another line. It’s also a company that supports employee growth. Between profit-sharing, tuition reimbursement, and a culture focused on personal and professional development, this is a strong opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact and grow with the business.
Reporting Structure
Reports solid line to the Quality Director and dotted line to the Plant Manager. The team is expected to grow over the next few years.
