IT Strategic Operations Analyst
The IT Strategic Operations Analyst will be a critical member of the Strategic Operations Group within the Chief Information Office (CIO). This role involves overseeing the organization's relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the alignment of vendor services with the strategic goals of the company, and managing vendor contracts, procurement, and budget. The role also focuses on strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and organizational development to support the CIO's objectives. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support the CIO’s objectives.

Oversee the IT vendor budget, ensuring cost‑effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.

Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring that strategic goals are met and processes are optimized.

Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support strategic decisions and provide insights on operational performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT vendor management, financial analysis, or strategic operations.

Experience with budget management, forecasting, and project management focusing on financial metrics and analysis.

Experience managing vendor relationships.

Experience in strategic financial planning and implementing operational efficiency initiatives.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Nice to Have

Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Python and transforming large datasets.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary is determined by a variety of factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
