Business Operations Sr. Analyst

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst – Sales to support alignment between customer demand, revenue forecasting, and operational execution. This role requires a sense of urgency and plays a key part in ensuring forecast accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and strong coordination across sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
Responsibilities
Drive customer demand fulfillment and planning with cross-functional leadership
Lead revenue forecasting across multiple product lines
Monitor and manage finished goods inventory performance
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
Functional leader of ERP/MRP system usage and process improvements
Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to drive data-based decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or another analytic field
3 – 7 years of Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Leveraged AI tools and platforms such as Power BI in concert with ERP/MRP systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Experience in global manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred
Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in embedded systems, HMI, or electronic manufacturing services (EMS)
Exposure to industrial sales cycles
