What You’ll Do
Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Write repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
Provide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service process
Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
Deliver a high-quality, efficient, and transparent service experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor or service writing experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
Professional presence and attention to detail
Working knowledge of automotive service and maintenance
Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience is a plus
