Sundae is looking for the right candidate to join our tight-knit and hardworking retail team as we launch our 6th location on 16th street in Downtown Denver!

Total compensation = $22.00-27.00 per hour (includes base + tips)

Full-time or part-time hourly positions available (eligible to earn overtime)

Daytime availability, 9:30am -5pm or Evening availability, 5p-11/12p

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Lead a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards

Timely and efficiently open and close the store, either alone or with a team

Maintain an elevated awareness of stock levels; confidently and timely prepare food items to uphold established par levels

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards; accurately communicate to others

Promote Sundae’s loyalty programs and seasonal promotions to customers by encouraging signups and enhancing the customer experience

Maintain responsible cash handling and perform opening and closing cash out procedures accurately

Exemplify Sundae’s customer service standards; execute with pride and leadership

Participate in and contribute to all staff meetings

PIC food Safety standards/regulations

1+ years of customer service experience preferred

Some foodservice experience preferred

Must be 16 or older

Passionate about customer service

Physical Requirements:

Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours

Constantly use manual (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens

Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more

Frequently retrieve items above shoulder height and/or clean items above shoulder height

Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above

Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
