The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and directing and managing the overall maintenance programs of the apartment community through the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities
Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
Perform preventative maintenance repairs
Respond to automated alerts and emergency calls per company policy
Assist with resident functions
Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
Qualifications
Interested in the above
Be punctual, dependable and a self‑starter
Have experience in apartment maintenance
Be a team player
Things we can’t live without
At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
A/C Certification Type II or Universal
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willing to work a flexible schedule & on‑call
