Increased Comp! $150K Start Date Bonus—Base Comp Now Up To $240K Before OT Payment and Shift Differentials Ranging from $100‑200 per shift (Additional shifts over normal schedule paid out at $175/hr.) Excellent Retention Bonus! Envision is looking to add to our talented team of CRNAs at HCA Ocala Hospital. We are seeking dedicated Anesthetists who enjoy a full scope of practice and a great work environment. New grads welcome!
Responsibilities
CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement. Candidates will work with a team of 20 physicians and 32 CRNAs across 15 operating rooms on a variety of cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and no OB cases are performed.
Schedule & Compensation
No Call. 8 weeks PTO and increases with tenure and opportunities for OT if desired. Start date bonus $150K, annual retention bonuses, relocation bonus. Shift differentials ranging from $100‑200 per shift, additional shifts over normal schedule paid at $175/hr. Health benefits start day one, no waiting period. Company covers 100% of professional and liability insurance, CME, offer PTO sellback.
