Client Service Supervisor – Sunnyvale, California
The Client Service Supervisor (CSS) provides leadership and functions as a working supervisor by guiding and directing site activities. This position sits on site with our client and oversees multiple sites or projects.

The CSS is responsible for daily service delivery, employee management, overall customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to all SPS policies. The CSS is the primary daily client contact in coordination with the Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily lockbox processing activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Supervise day‑to‑day operations to ensure compliance with agreed‑upon service levels.

Monitor metrics of staff including productivity and quality.

Organize and assist in the control of project work as assigned.

Ensure that all standards and procedures are followed.

Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Support staffing and schedule planning.

Train and mentor staff ensuring all procedures and best practices are followed.

Analyze and react to the results of monthly metrics.

Take action to drive change and innovation that will transform the business.

Participate in succession planning at the site.

Lead by example.

Qualifications

2+ years of related office experience; preference for previous work in hospitality services such as hotels or concierge.

A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Ability to perform physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) including lifting, bending, etc.

Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.

Previous management/supervisor experience overseeing 5‑10 employees.

Ability to multitask and complete priority tasks on time.

Strong integrity and solid business ethics.

Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Physical Demands

Fine and/or gross motor skills, including grasping, lifting, carrying or moving packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 60 lbs.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods.

Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).

Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously.

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater frequently.

Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, and ability to differentiate colors and shades.

Travel
None or negligible.
