We’re looking for a
Personal Lines Branch Leader
to take ownership of a local office and play a key role in driving growth and client retention.
This is a high-impact, leadership-level role—ideal for someone who can
produce new business, lead from the front, or effectively manage and grow an existing house book .
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the personal lines office
Drive growth through new business production and/or management of the existing book
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee service standards and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Mentor and support team members as needed
Partner with carriers and leadership to execute growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
Personal Lines insurance experience required
Active Property & Casualty license
Proven ability to produce business or manage and retain a book of clients
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a branch
