Job Title: Production Associate - Utility IV
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves performing various production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and other level‑four or below production jobs. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the position covers employee vacations and absences. Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must adhere to the attendance policy.
Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
Must be willing to handle soiled materials with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.
Physical Qualifications
Requires standing for most of a shift.
Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
Requires lifting and moving materials for most of a shift.
