DARCARS Collision Center of Fairfax is hiring an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic.
$100,000K Plus per year (based on experience).
We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the automotive collision repair industry.
Responsibilities
Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards.
De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail.
Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials.
Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know).
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous automotive or collision repair experience preferred.
CSI and quality scores above the regional average preferred.
Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently.
Team-oriented with the ability to work on repetitive and complex tasks.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check).
