Production Supervisor
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production operations at our Fairless Hills facility, ensuring cylinder gas needs of internal and external customers are met. This exempt, salaried role requires a consistent on‑site presence during core operating hours, with possible extended hours, early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. The supervisor will support business operations, team needs, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing (2nd Shift)
Actively contribute to safety culture, conduct incident investigations and safety meetings.
Remain compliant with external regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS) and company policies.
Manage cylinder gas production based on customer requirements and schedule raw material delivery.
Support inter‑company and route truck distribution of products to ensure efficient, timely, accurate delivery.
Maintain stocking levels of finished product and raw materials to meet production requirements.
Monitor asset usage and recommend cylinder purchases/increases to inventory.
Support security and appearance of the location and equipment.
Timely and accurate completion of all required reports (product inventory, cylinder inventory, expense, financial, KPI, payroll, ACMS Work Orders, etc.).
Assist in implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required or revised.
Drive productivity and continuously improve work processes throughout the operation to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency.
Develop talent by coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, and creating growth opportunities.
Motivate team to meet metrics and achieve goals by delegating tasks that promote ownership.
Other duties as assigned.
What makes you great
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor of Science strongly preferred.
1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Production/distribution experience required; industrial gas experience or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
Upholds high standards of honesty and integrity.
