Easton Coach Company is hiring **Full‐Time CDL Paratransit Bus Drivers** to provide essential transportation services to community members.We are a union location offering competitive pay, stability, and a strong benefits package. **Key Responsibilities*** Safely operate a CDL Paratransit Bus based on the daily driver manifest* Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations* Provide mobility assistance and support to riders* Ensure all passengers feel safe, secure, and comfortable* Interact professionally with riders, families, office staff & agencies* Deliver excellent customer service on every trip **Minimum Qualifications*** CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement *(preferred)** Safe, clean driving history* 21+ years old* Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test**Benefits*** Health, dental, vision* 401k* PTO* Referral bonus Ready to Join Our Team?Start a career that is meaningful, stable, and community‐focused.
