Overview
The Ohio Access to Justice Foundation (Foundation) is a nonprofit foundation committed to ensuring that Ohioans who are low‑income or who lack access can fully and fairly participate in civil systems that produce just outcomes. To achieve this, the Foundation promotes access to justice, funds civil legal aid, expands legal capacity, fosters innovation, and collaborates with partners to achieve systemic change.

Specifically, this role will support the project by providing general administrative support, managing the financial aspects of the project, including distributing financial incentives, scholarships and loan repayment assistance and providing training to participants within the child welfare system on optimal billing practices. In addition, the position will oversee sub‑award grants to new and innovative programs aimed at improving the quality of representation provided to Ohioans engaged in the child welfare system.
