The Role

Operate a front-end loader to feed material into crushing, screening, and wash plants.

Load aggregate materials into customer and company trucks safely and efficiently.

Operate a skid steer as needed to support daily operations.

Operate the crusher when directed by the Crew Lead.

Assist with crusher and plant maintenance, including routine upkeep, basic troubleshooting, and screen changes.

Support plant adjustments to maintain consistent and efficient production.

Assist with plant mobilization, including setup and teardown at various job sites.

Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain clean, safe operating equipment.

Report equipment maintenance or repair needs as required.

Work closely with the Crew Lead and crew members to promote safe and efficient operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Follow all company safety policies and comply with MSHA and OSHA regulations.

Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.

Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.

What we Look For

Previous experience operating a front-end loader in an aggregate, mining, or construction environment preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with crusher and plant maintenance.

Individuals who work safely and have the courage to speak up when unsafe behavior or conditions arise.

Strong understanding of equipment operation, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

MSHA/OSHA awareness and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a coordinated crew, and maintain a high standard of work quality.

Willingness to travel to various project locations.

A consistent focus on safety, performance, and teamwork.
