Position Summary
The DC Coordinator oversees die casting production to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while providing support in troubleshooting, training, and process improvement.
Scope of Responsibilities
Production Oversight; Machine Maintenance; Process Improvement; Safety Compliance
Monitor the die casting process to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality parts
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Able to multi-task
Effective communication
Effectively trains others
Able to complete work instructions
Ability to work any shift
Understanding of die casting processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
Die Cast and Overhead Crane experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Previous manufacturing environment experience with exposure to high temperatures, noise, and heavy machinery
Qualifications
Must be able to work any shift for training.
