Middle School Dean of Students - Behavior & Family Engagement

Growing Up Green Charter Schools is seeking a Dean of Students for their Middle School in New York. The Dean will oversee behavioral expectations and provide crisis counseling to high needs students, while collaborating closely with school leaders and staff. They will evaluate existing disciplinary systems and implement behavior intervention plans to support students. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and experience in diverse communities is essential. A Master’s Degree is preferred, along with strong communication and collaborative skills.
