
Installation Coordinator

Overview
We’re looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Operations team! As an Installation Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for contacting homeowners to schedule their installations, setting clear expectations, and delivering a positive, high-touch level of customer experience throughout the process. By building strong relationships with homeowners and collaborating closely with the Install Support team and Production Leaders, you'll help align schedules, streamline communication, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
Takes both inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation dates and confirm project details.
Manages and responds promptly to a high volume of emails to ensure clear and timely communication.
Schedules initial Installations and Install Service appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepares customer correspondence when needed, such as paid invoices or rebates.
Coordinates scheduling adjustments, reschedules, and conflict resolution as needed.
Partners closely with Production Leaders and Install Managers to align on crew capacity and subcontractors.
Builds positive relationships with homeowners and teammates to ensure a seamless installation journey.
Serves as first point of contact for customer de‑escalation.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer relations, empathetic and personable skills.
Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts.
Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
Must be able to organize and prioritize.
Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment.
Must be comfortable in a technology‑driven environment.
Ability to work independently and with other teammates.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
