What You’ll Do
Lead program teams in developing
functional & non-functional requirements using MBSE models
Develop and link
SysML artifacts
(Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, BDDs, IBDs)
Guide creation and maintenance of
data architectures & model libraries
aligned with
GCIA (Ground Combat Systems Common Infrastructure Architecture)
Build and maintain
MBSE-driven metrics
(Trade Studies, Risks, Design Decision Memorandums)
Support
Digital Engineering integration
across tools (Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe)
Develop and enforce
MBSE style guides and best practices
Ensure MBSE processes align with
program CDRLs and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering or related technical field
10+ years of engineering experience , with strong background in
vehicle systems engineering
Hands‑on experience with
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Strong experience with
data architecture, model libraries, and digital engineering environments
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to
obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
