Insight Global is actively seeking a
Process Engineer
for a manufacturing client in Goose Creek, SC. This will be a direct hire, full time salary position that will require candidates to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday. This Process Engineer is responsible for driving and managing safety initiatives throughout the plant, ensuring a zero incident safety culture and continuous improvement. They will lead Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at improving product performance, reducing costs, and optimizing yields and cycle times. Additionally, this position creates or revises process documents, such as Control Plans and Standard Work instructions, and is proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and familiar with TPM principles.
Required Skillset:
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
