What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating top-tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting property turnovers
Responding to service calls
Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
Performing routine property inspections
Collaborating with the property management team
Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
