Starting wage $21.84 per hour
What we offer you:
Starting pay is $21.84 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential
Overtime opportunities available
Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of guaranteed overtime every two weeks
On average 15 scheduled days per month
Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
12‑hour continuous schedule

What you'll do:
Operate forklift at a safe speed and within company guidelines
Receive, ship, load, and unload all product, raw material and supplies
Keep production line supplied with the necessary raw material and supplies needed to run efficiently
Stack finished goods in the warehouse at various heights
Complete proper documentation and prepare necessary reports on incoming shipments
Maintain the forklifts in a clean and orderly fashion and perform daily forklift safety inspection
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
Ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience and pass a certification test
The ability to follow instructions and be a team player
A safety-oriented mindset
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
