About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? Mission Fed is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is passionate about leadership, sales, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lending—including real estate loans (with MLO status).
Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services.
Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff.
Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials.

Compensation
Base Pay/Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour*
Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
