Responsibilities
Position Summary: Responsible for answering and routing all incoming calls to the office and ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and sent to the appropriate destination in a timely fashion.

$15.46 - $24.44
Qualifications
Must have understanding and experience in handling a high volume of calls and routing to appropriate destination, preferably in a medical clinical setting; knowledge of medical terminology.
An understanding of documentation requirements for medical records.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of computers and strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.
Valid driver’s license in the resident state.
