Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsibilities
Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
Be available for emergency repairs and on‑call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution.
Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.

Compensation
$14 - $15 hourly
