Locations: Loveland, OH 45140 (or Englewood, CO 80112) – Area Code: 513 – Pay Rate: $52.00–$62.00/hour – Shift: 1st Shift – Hours: Full Time, M‑F – Employment: Contract/W2 – Duration: 6 months +
Job Summary
Belcan is seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Master Scheduler to drive schedule execution and delivery assurance for aerospace hardware programs. This role owns the master production schedule across manufacturing, assembly, and test, ensuring on‑time delivery in a regulated, high‑mix environment. The position is embedded onsite within operations and spans planning through real‑time execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the master production schedule across rate production and development (NPI/LRIP) programs
Translate demand, forecasts, and program priorities into executable shop‑floor schedules
Build and manage daily/weekly schedules for assembly and test; adjust in real time based on constraints
Dispatch and prioritize work orders based on material availability, capacity, and critical path
Manage WIP flow, bottlenecks, and constraint‑based sequencing to protect delivery milestones
Drive schedule adherence, on‑time delivery, and recovery planning
Identify and resolve material, capacity, and sequencing risks in a regulated environment
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions impacting schedule performance
Partner with manufacturing, production control, quality, and program leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule status and execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
7+ years in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing fulfillment
Direct experience owning master production schedules in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
Strong shop‑floor experience (assembly, machining, integration, or test)
Proven ability to manage constraints, schedule adherence, and recovery in real time
Experience in AS9100 and/or ISO9001 environments
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Experience supporting S&OP or integrated business planning
Desired Leadership Profile
Hands‑on, execution‑driven with strong operational judgment
Effective in fast‑paced, high‑mix, low‑volume environments
Able to influence cross‑functional teams and drive accountability to schedule
Balances data‑driven planning with real‑time decision making on the floor
Preferred Qualifications
APICS CPIM or CSCP (or in progress)
Experience with NPI, prototypes, or LRIP builds
Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing
