Shipping Scheduler

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Shipping Scheduler to join its team.
Schedule : 1st shift, Monday‑Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm CST, with overtime based on business need.
What You Will Do
Schedule and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Communicate effectively with team members, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipments, resolve issues promptly, and keep schedules on track.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels and prioritize shipments.
Analyze shipping processes to identify hurdles and propose solutions for efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Use SAP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other tools to manage schedules, track inventory, and generate reports.
Meet deadlines and resolve unexpected issues in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications You Must Have
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with complex teams and stakeholders.
Proven problem‑solving abilities to address challenges in scheduling and shipping processes.
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate documentation, scheduling, and inventory management.
Experience in shipping, logistics, or scheduling roles.
Familiarity with shipping regulations and transportation procedures.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range : 41,400 USD – 72,600 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representing all experience levels.
