Specialist, Fund Valuation & Governance

The Investment Operations Global Regulatory & Valuation Lead monitors, coordinates and executes key reporting, valuation, regulatory oversight and annual governance processes across SEI Asset Management products. This role also ensures accurate and timely completion of periodic deliverables that support the efficient operations of the SEI mutual funds globally. This critical role will work with multiple functional areas across SEI to maintain the effective delivery of operational and governance processes. As a member of the Asset Management Operations and Technology team, this role will support the growth of the SEI Asset Management unit.

What you will do:

Valuation Monitoring and Coordination

Chair the SEI Investments Management Corp (SIMC) Valuation Committee including leading regular fair value and quarterly Committee meetings.

Report to Fund Board quarterly on valuation topics.

Coordinate valuation related activities, elevate issues and maintain documentation to support audit and oversight requirements.

Conduct annual due diligence reviews of pricing service providers.

Operational Coordination & Reporting

Support quarterly and annual processes related to fund governance, including annual prospectus updates, transaction reporting, and proxy reporting.

Organize Board Reporting for transaction and proxy activities across U.S. and Irish funds.

Maintain calendars, trackers and standardized templates to ensure on‑time completion of reporting and oversight activities.

Document procedures, evidence and decisions to support internal controls, audits and regulatory examinations.

Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and control enhancements.

What we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

5‑7 years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, registered funds oversight, compliance operations, or financial services reporting. Fund pricing/valuation experience preferred.

Strong understanding of mutual fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows.

Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
