About The Role
The Warehouse Associate will handle shipping and receiving duties, be responsible for material handling and product staging, shelve and organize inventory, keep the warehouse clean and orderly, and perform inventory checks and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the forklift vehicle safely, performing daily pre‑operational and operational safety checklists.
Handle material throughout the production and warehouse areas.
Pick and prepare products (raw material, finished goods).
Unload incoming and load outgoing shipments.
Check weights of incoming raw materials.
Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly manner.
Repair damaged cartons and bags.
Perform utility functions as required.
Comply with OSHA standards, especially those related to forklift operation.
Promote a safe working environment and good GMPs.
Commit to providing a safe food product.
Work within all regulatory requirements.
About you
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified forklift operator.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to apply the supervisor’s directions.
Results‑oriented and thrives in high‑pressure situations.
