Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and cooking of all menu items in their assigned station. They must follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring food meets the company’s standards and guest expectations.

Prepare, present, and cook menu items according to standardized recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and tools.
Ensure food safety and compliance with health codes.
Work with kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow.
Assist with prep work and pass dishes to servers.
