Breakfast Attendant — Full Time & Part Time Available
Position Purpose
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring tables and service stations remain clean, stocked, and welcoming throughout the breakfast period.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare items for breakfast service — coffee, fruit, cereals, breads, juices, and more
Stock and refresh the buffet throughout service hours
Greet guests warmly, answer questions about offerings, and assist as needed
Clear and clean tables, sweep/mop floors, and remove trash
Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards
Assist with washing dishes, replenishing tableware, and organizing the service area
Follow brand quality standards and presentation expectations
Support breakfast cook and complete closing/cleaning procedures
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
Friendly, conversational, guest-focused attitude with willingness to assist
Ability to stand up to 7 hours per shift and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask between food prep, guest interaction, and cleaning duties
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to stay calm during busy or short-staffed periods
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition,this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
