Full-Time Route Cleaners are trusted, go-to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments.
What You’ll Do
Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams; approx. 5-25 miles
Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care
Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces
Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)
Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use
Who We’re Looking For
Dependable and motivated individuals
Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time) (company vehicles available based on daily operations)
Cleaning experience helpful, but not required
