Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during high-volume service
Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Requirements
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
