low voltage Technician

Provide support for end-user software and hardware technologies and technical equipment at corporate offices and site locations. Highly motivated and have the ability to work in a highly demanding, challenging, and fast-moving environment. Ability to work under pressure and with an eye for detail. System Operational Technicians are technicians that primarily travel to our site locations to perform installations and provide support for business requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

80%+ travel availability (short notice, weekends, flexible hours)

Valid ID/Passport for domestic travel

Experience with:

Basic networking (routers, switches, connectivity)

Hardware deployment and support

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in field environments

Good communication skills (technical & non-technical)

Preferred Skills:

Experience reading wiring schematics and blueprints

Familiarity with retail or multi-site environments

Experience using power tools for installations

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 10–40 lbs

Comfortable with climbing, bending, and working in physical environments

Ability to work on-site, including warehouses and construction/remodel location
