Stack Parking Valet Attendant

As a Stacker Valet Attendant , you’ll be the engine behind our high-density parking operations. You are responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles using specialized vertical mechanical lift systems , ensuring every car is handled with precision.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll maximize garage space while delivering
exceptional guest service
at every interaction. We are looking for energetic candidates who bring a clean driving record,
manual transmission proficiency , and a relentless work ethic to the team
Key Responsibilities
Safety First:
Maintain the safety of yourself and others by strictly adhering to all protocols, wearing required gear, and reporting hazards immediately.
Vehicle Management:
Safely park and retrieve vehicles using mechanical stackers; manage keys and organize the garage layout to ensure efficient turnover.
Guest Experience:
Greet customers with enthusiasm, provide helpful information regarding rates and hours, and maintain professional communication using VPNE-approved standards.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain a neatly groomed appearance, assist with shift transitions, complete cleaning duties as assigned, and accurately document any incidents or damage reports.
Requirements
Driving Skills:
Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable record; ability to pass a manual transmission (stick shift) driving test.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Professionalism:
18+ years of age; upbeat personality with a commitment to the VPNE attendance and uniform policies.
Background:
Must pass a criminal background and RMV check.
