Hospice Pet Therapy Volunteer — Comfort & Companionship

Abbottterrace is seeking compassionate pet therapy hospice volunteers in Waterford, Connecticut. Volunteers will provide emotional and task-oriented support to patients and their families, working alongside the Volunteer Coordinator. No previous experience is necessary, and support will be provided. Volunteers must be at least 18, have a certificated therapy animal, and be willing to visit patients in various settings. A minimum commitment of one hour per week for six months is required.
