Description of Responsibilities
Operate the dishwashing machine
Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping, pressure washing floors and sanitizing the dish machine
Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
Receive deliveries of food and non‑perishable supplies under the direction of the culinary services director/cook
Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience
High school diploma/GED preferred
One (1) year of previous experience preferred
Required Skills
Interest in working with a senior population
Demonstrated customer service skills
Organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
