Role Overview
As a puller, you will be responsible for using equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight in the distribution center. Pullers will retrieve warehouse orders and move them to the proper induction lanes so the cargo can go to the stores. They will also locate warehouse locations to put away inbound freight so that it can be later retrieved to send to the stores.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
Use an RF scan gun to scan cases, master loads, and locations as needed.
Ensure freight is going to the proper location.
Check and maintain proper documentation in the warehouse management system.
Accurately follow various inbound, outbound, and freight relocation processes.
Ensure freight is stacked securely before moving the pallet.
Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Ability to interact with the team in a fast‑paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Ability to count and perform basic math.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.95 per hour, with compensation determined by factors such as location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
