Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time legal assistant. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance and reliability, be proactive and highly organized, and
have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting . Experience with NetDocuments and Orion Legal Software is preferred.
This is an in-person position with 1 day remote in our Denver, CO office.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills
Docketing and calendaring
Drafting and filing documents in State Court
Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
Document Management
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly
Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment
Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills
RWO offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including company-paid parking, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. RWO also provides generous 401(k) options and paid time off (PTO). The pay range listed for this posting may vary depending on experience. Pay range: $63,000 - $80,000.
