We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.
As an Assistant Salon Leader:
You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.
Duties:
Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
Demonstrate strong technical ability.
Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
Help market the salon and grow the business
Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
Manage and control expenses
Complete required administrative tasks
Lead team to accomplish sales goals
Achieve personal productivity goals
Lead through YSG vision & mission statement
Qualifications:
Valid and current cosmetology license.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
A team player with strong leadership qualities.
Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal‑Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position may require working alone in the salon.
