await!**Job Description:**The Material Handler – Shipping is responsible for preparing, moving, and shipping materials and finished goods in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This role supports daily warehouse and shipping operations by ensuring orders are correctly picked, packed, labeled, and dispatched according to company and customer requirements.## Key Responsibilities* Stage, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment* Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment* Verify shipping documents, packing lists, and labels for accuracy* Package products according to shipping specifications to prevent damage* Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems* Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly* Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies* Keep shipping and staging areas clean, organized, and hazard-free* Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet deadlines* Perform other job related tasks assigned by the manager.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience preferred* Forklift certification or ability to become certified* Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems* Ability to read work orders, shipping instructions, and labels## Physical Requirements* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures## Skills & Competencies* Attention to detail and accuracy* Time management and ability to meet shipping deadlines* Team-oriented with good communication skills* Strong commitment to safety and quality## Work Environment* Warehouse or distribution center* May involve shift work, overtime, or weekend hours depending on business needsThis position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.**Travel Time:**No Travel**Physical Attributes:**Bending at Waist, Carrying, Crouching, Feeling, Foot Controls, Handling, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Mechanical Hazards, Noise and/or vibration, Other, Piece Work, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Stooping, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others**Physical Requirements:**Monday - Friday: 8 hours/day; Standing 30%, Walking 30%, Sitting 40%-50%, Inside 90%, Outside 10%**Pay Range:**We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
