Maintenance Mechanic

Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities
Repair basic electrical, lights and ballast
Tour, log, and run chillers
Perform painting and drywall work
Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans
Change AHU filters
Replace fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan‑coil units
Operate fire alarm panels and conduct daily equipment tours
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Three to five (3‑5) years of commercial building experience
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work occasional overtime as necessary
Strong customer service skills
Availability for on‑call emergencies
Salary: $23 – $26 per hour.
