Support the design, fabrication, integration, and modification of fixed‑wing and multi‑rotor UAS platforms and subsystems
Provide technical input to engineering designs, including development of build approaches, material selection, and integration strategies
Integrate and troubleshoot avionics, propulsion systems, payloads, and control systems at the subsystem and system level
Perform system‑level diagnostics and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, and software domains
Develop and maintain technical documentation including build procedures, wiring diagrams, and configuration records
Collaborate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering teams to support prototype development and system improvements
Support ground testing, flight readiness activities, and post‑flight analysis to ensure system performance and reliability
Contribute to continuous improvement of fabrication processes, integration methods, and overall production efficiency
Support test events, field operations, and mission execution as required
Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements, and configuration control processes
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, or related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications (Desired)
Experience contributing to engineering design packages, technical data packages (TDPs), or build documentation
Familiarity with flight control software (e.g., Pixhawk, Ardupilot) and ground control systems
Experience with telemetry systems, sensor integration, and RF communications
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification
Experience supporting government or defense‑related programs
