REQ-2212**Essential Job Duties*** Receive & match inbound shipments to corresponding open Purchase Orders.* Inspect, and put into stock servers, switches and other spare parts.* Enter, maintain and report inventory data via SAP.* Research and resolve inventory discrepancies; make appropriate adjustments in SAP (increments/decrements).* Maintain bins and put away locations in the inventory warehouse and on SAP.* Pull inventory upon request.* Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.* Assist Operations team with shipping and packaging as needed.* Lead annual physical inventory.* Physical fitness is required to perform many of the job functions, such as: carrying boxes, climbing stairs with materials, bending over/stooping to pull inventory from lower racks, reaching to pull or put-away inventory, lifting some fairly heavy products occasionally.**Competencies*** Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.* Attention to detail/data accuracy/quality of work is critical.* Ability to perform both desk/system work, as well as physical activities.* Ability to work quickly to address high volume of action items.**Experience*** Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware a plus.* Inventory management experience.**Software Requirements*** Experience in SAP or SAP By Design is preferred.* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)**Physical Demands**
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
