Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overnight audit process, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours, ensuring a seamless experience

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly

Monitor security and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and updating guest records

Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure continuity of service and communication

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and positive attitude
