Position Overview
This role involves driving dry van routes in an 11‑state Western region. Drivers handle no‑touch freight and maintain a steady regional schedule with bi‑weekly home time.
Pay & Compensation
Experienced Drivers: $1,300–$1,500 per week average
Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 weekly
Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
Bi‑weekly home time schedule
Paid orientation: $300
Entry Level (Trainee) Drivers
Paid mentor program during initial 4–6 weeks on the road
Valid CDL‑A license required
Minimum age 21 years
Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours
Guided training in Western regional dry van operations
