FLO1 (Walkie Rider) – 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM – $20.00/hr
FLO2 (Reach Truck) – 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM – $21.50/hr
FLO1 – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM – $21.50/hr
FLO2 – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM – $22.50/hr
Position Overview
Abacus is hiring skilled Equipment Operators for the KIND protein bar distribution center. We are looking for experienced drivers who prioritize safety and can thrive in a fast‑moving production environment.
Equipment Requirements
FLO1: Minimum 1 year of experience with a Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack).
FLO2: Minimum 1 year of experience with a Reach Truck.
Language
Must speak and understand English fluently for safety coordination.
Citizenship
No US Citizenship required.
Safety Evaluation Process
Safety Training: Watch the FedEx facility‑specific safety videos.
Written Test: Complete a 40‑question test (20 Multiple Choice / 20 True or False).
Passing Score: You may only miss 4 questions.
Retakes: If you do not pass on the first attempt, you can retake the test to ensure you understand the material.
No On‑Site Drive Test: Certification is based on your verified experience and the written safety evaluation.
Strict Attendance Policy
First 2 Weeks: Zero absences or call‑outs permitted.
First 90 Days: Only one (1) call‑out allowed.
Commitment: 5:00 AM means you are clocked in and ready to operate.
